• All tub, tile, and shower doors and shower walls are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

• All toilet surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.

• Sinks and counters are completely scrubbed.

• All exterior cabinets and drawers are cleaned.

• All chrome fixtures are shined.

• Mirrors are cleaned.

• Items in bathrooms are dusted as needed.

• Window blinds are dusted.

• Baseboards are handwashed.

• All doors, doorframes, and any additional woodwork is washed.

• All interior windows are washed. Window frames and ledges are washed.

• Hard flooring is handwashed and sanitized.

Bedroom Cleaning

• Woodwork, doorframes, doorknobs, baseboards, and switch plates are cleaned.

• Windows, window frames, and windowsills are dusted and cleaned.

• Window blinds are dusted.

• Baseboards are cleaned.

• Floors are vacuumed and/or swept and mopped.

Kitchen Cleaning

• The interior and exterior of refrigerators are deep cleaned if they are empty. (Interior Fridge is an add-on)

• The interior of ovens is deep cleaned. (Interior Oven is an add-on)

• Stove tops and exterior range hoods are completely degreased.

• The interior and exterior of microwaves are cleaned.

• All interiors of empty cabinets and drawers are cleaned. (Move in/out cleans only)

• The interiors and exteriors of all large appliances are cleaned.

• Countertops are cleaned and sanitized.

• Sinks are thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected.

• The fronts of all cabinets are washed.

• Woodwork and switch plates are dusted and cleaned.

• Baseboards are dusted.

• Window blinds are dusted.

• All hard flooring is cleaned and sanitized.

All Areas

• The entire home is dry-dusted. It is wet-dusted where needed, including reachable ceiling fans.

• Stairs are vacuumed and/or swept and cleaned

• All reachable baseboards are dusted

• Air vents are dusted.

• All readily accessible flooring is swept/vacuumed/mopped.

• All easily accessible interior windows, glass doors, window frames, and window ledges are cleaned.

• Doors, doorframes, window ledges, and other woodwork are cleaned as needed.

• All flooring is swept/vacuumed/mopped depending on the floor type.
